Tyumen is rightfully considered the oldest city of Siberia. Orthodox temples, a telegraph, a water pipe line and a railway station first appeared here. Tyumen was well-known for luxuriant merchants' fairs and their crafts as well as kindness and hospitality of the inhabitants. During the excursion you will visit the place of foundation of the first Russian city of Siberia and the beautiful Siberian stone monastery built at the same time as the city of Saint-Petersburg.
