Yar Hot Spring

Thanks to the unique chemical composition of mineral water, the Yar Thermal Springs have wonderful healing and rejuvenating properties. The water comes to the open 25x35 m pool from the 2509 m underground borehole and even in a severe winter frost the temperature is + 38-43°C at least. It is both very pleasant and extremely useful for health to swim in natural thermal water, although there are certain contraindications. It is advisable to consult a doctor, especially if one has some chronic deseases. The thermal springs are located very close to the city as the administrative border of the Yar village is situated only a few metres away. Pool entrance does not cost a lot and it is not overcrowded at the moment which is why it is possible to enjoy swimming in a peaceful atmosphere. Children under 7 years of age are allowed into the pool for free. There are significant reductions for students and the retired.
