Pine Forest Baths

Not far from Sibir Health Resort there is a sauna complex V Sosnovom Boru that was built by famous architects with modern technology in traditional Russian style of pure round timber with Altai pine internal finishing. At all times Russia banya (sauna) represented something more than just a place for physical cleaning. Ablution in a Russian banya has a lot of advantages: clarity of mind, vivacity, health, freshness, strength, youth, pureness, beauty, healthy color of the skin. Banya helped to become strong and healthy, to protect the body from multiple diseases and to revive the spirit and the body. And to this day Russian banya represents a whole ritual associated with complete cleansing of a man from all unnecessary physically and spiritually.
