Maksim Favouries Restaurant is a collection of all the best holding Maksim has got. The restaurant was opened in 2009. It includes 5 zones representing different cuisines and gastranomic directions of Maksim - from traditional cuisine of Northern nations of Russia to Italian and French cuisine. In fact, there are 5 mini-restaurants in one. Elegant "Mozart" is a hall of theatrical style, Mediterranian "Poseidon"is made in marine style, northern "Chum" is a closed cabine in a form of traditional Khanty tent which can easily receive up 8 people, Russian hall "Maksimych" is stylized as wooden chamber and Italian MaxiMillian is decorated in a style of Venetian palace. Namely Maksim Favourites serves the best carpacho of meat of young calf with cherry sauce, author salad, appetizers, first course and unusual desserts. The restaurant is ordinary place for master classes from famous chiefs, regular renewals of the menu, professional bartenders' competitions. Maksim Favourites is well-known for its variete theatre: magnificent dresses, beautiful girl dancers who perfom Eastenr, Spanish, French, Brazil and Russian dances.
